My thoughts: 1. The mainsite should serve as the project's homepage, with a directory for browsing existing boards or self-hosting your own. 2. Individual board instances shouldn't carry the Textile homepage at all. 3. Each board's header should display the instance's own name instead of "Textile," with a "Powered by Textile" link in the footer.

4. It seems kind of annoying if people have to login/register every time they visit a board that's not self-hosted? I was thinking that login/register should be separate for self-hosted Textile instances, but global across textile instances hosted on textilesocial.
